Mr. Noyes is the Vice President of Sales for World Energy Alternatives, LLC. World Energy is the leading supplier of biodiesel in the US and supplies biodiesel from production facilities located nation-wide.  In California, World Energy supplies petroleum distributors and fleets including Travis AFB, San Diego Gas & Electric, Palo Alto Sanitation, Camp Pendleton and Turlock Irrigation District.  Mr. Noyes is a licensed attorney in California with a background in lobbying, regulatory work and litigation.  He became involved in biodiesel due to his interest in renewable fuels, sustainability and wilderness preservation.  Mr. Noyes graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a degree in Political and Social Thought.  He obtained his law degree from UC Davis, was an editor of the UCD Law Review and Order of the Coif member.  Mr. Noyes is actively involved in all aspects of biodiesel growth including new market development, power generation, OEM outreaach, regulatory and legislative initiatives, emissions and verification work and developing new production capabilities.
