Stan is Manager of Emissions
and Engine Product Development for MotivePower, a
company that custom manufactures the most advanced and fuel efficient
locomotives in the industry. His team is
currently responsible for the development and testing of emission reducing
technologies, designed to meet or surpass the EPA locomotive regulations. He is
responsible for ensuring that the MotivePower
emissions facility complies with Federal Test Procedure guidelines and methods.
To date, his team has developed and obtained EPA certification for Tier 0 and
Tier 1 locomotives.
