a) Limits VOC emissions from gasoline dispensing

b) Applies to the transfer of gasoline from any
stationary storage tank or delivery vessel with a capacity of 150 gallons or
more to any motor vehicle fuel tank with a capacity of 5 gallons or more,
and requires a vapor recovery system with a capture efficiency of at least
95% of hydrocarbon vapors. Requirements apply to equipment maintenance as
well. Applies to new, existing, and modified sources. |

I) and into vehicle fuel tanks (Phase II). This includes use of specific
