a) Limits VOC emissions from vehicle coating
pre-treatment wash primers, pre-coats, primers, primer surfacers, primer
sealers, topcoats, and topcoat systems to between 250-600 grams per liters,
depending on type; or allows for control equipment in lieu of limits which
achieve a control efficiency of at least 81%; and sets conditions for
applying coatings. |
